I am an omelet fiend!
Most delicious thing: tomato and rosemary omelet with feta
To make:
1. Saute 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and 2 tsp chopped rosemary in a tsp of butter
2. Whisk 3 eggs with 2 tbsp of cottage cheese
3. Add to saute mix and bring heat down to medium. Cook until almost finished, stirring occasionally, and add feta cheese salt and pepper.
Serve and enjoy the deliciousness!

It is time for you to let me go, once and forever. Let us all go.
This false sense of intimacy was never enough, and it’s no longer able to be soothed with sarcasm and masked pain. These ties have to be severed.

and the NOVEL is back
Started writing my novel again, which, I’ll probably finish when I’m 30 if I keep on at this rate. Here’s a little excerpt:
“She walked into the cafe, unassumingly taking her place in line. Every eye in her vicinity found its way to her form, pleasantly trickling down from her hair to her toes, chiseling her statue in their memory, making a playful sache over her face....

Reading in my.business law text book about nuisance laws, I stumbled across a group called BANANAS. It literally stands for “Build absolutely nothing near anything” I laughed so hard. That is literally impossible. I think your group is bananas.

The power of post-its
I’ve resorted to the only way I can think of to clear this muddled head. Reading just makes me think too much about it. Hang out with friends just makes us talk about relationships. Sipping wine…just stupid. Debriefing in the journal is making me relive each moment over and over and over and over.
It’s time for some hard truth to sort out the wrestle in the mud between my head...

Autumn Awakening
Really the only two words I can think of to describe last night. The evening took a very unexpected turn….and something about it has got me reveling in those moments now today. I got in my car at 4am thinking, “What a night.” That’s all I can say. But I don’t think I’ll ever forget it, although I can’t verbalize as to why.

I have four months left in the states...
I’m slightly freaking out. In four months time, I will be embarking across the great sea and submerging myself in a new culture, thousands of miles and thousands of tangents away from what I know. For five months, I’ll be living and breathing these foreign spores. It is going to be the most drastic reinvention, yet the most exciting time of my life.
And this is my future, this is my...
